Who of course grew up to play Sherlock. And the Universe looked upon its work and pronounced it good. And then my head exploded.

In a variety of ways, this is like, a metatextual moebius strip of awesome. The echoing scenes between House and Sherlock interspersed with the fortysomething clips (I have never seen the show, but good God, I kinda want to now) with good flow and just--I love it. There's so much to chew on.

Yes, it's 4 AM but one, I have tomorrow off and two, Friday's dr appointment was both stressing and relieving. I leave it to you to make that excuse hold water.

Dear god, that vid is made of so much awesome! And you have to watch Fortysomething!! It's absolutely hilarious! And Rory (BC's character) is like the sweetest thing... :D I have to do a re-watch one of these days.

Fortysomething is hilarious! I highly recommend it. Hugh Laurie is on fine form, and Benedict Cumberbatch is so sweet. If you can stand to watch it on Youtube, some people have put up the episodes...there's a playlist that has all six eps <a href="http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC070DE942E6B7536&feature=plcp>here</a>.

I never would have noticed how much mirroring there is between Hugh Laurie and Benedict Cumberbatch (and between House and Sherlock) without that vid. Now I have to track down Fortysomething. Baby Benedict! \o/

Vacillating between stressed and relieved is stressful itself. Playing on the internet all night is a perfectly valid response. ::nods::

Oh, I'm so happy and amazed that everyone and their cat is now reccing this vid!
