Okay, so--I have no idea how to even go about this, but let's try it this way.

I am finally looking blankly at my Voyager rec page, since dear God, it has to be fleshed out a a little and actual decent links put in. Also--okay, stupid moment--I am totally getting nostalgic for my first fandom here. I mean, like re-reading sad fic remembering my first pilot love (before John Sheppard), and his genius, sarcastic, engineer girlfriend (you see why SGA was practically destiny, right?). And so.

Oh man, I am an idiot. I just had to erase part of a comment where I was going to rec adding "In the Space of Seven Days". I just *now* realized that the Jenn from that story is *you*. (I was like Jenn? Hey, wait a minute.... *g*.) I guess it's because I mostly think of you as seperis from LJ, and my Voyager lurking days were before I had even heard of LJ. ::shakes head:: I literally only lurked in that fandom, so I know I didn't FB before, but that story and its sequel remain some of my favorite Voyager stories.

And Melanie's "To Tell the Truth" was one of my other favorite series. I always wished it was completed, because I'd love to see what she had planned for the conclusion. I have no idea if she's still on the web, though. I know her old site is gone.

I'll definitely be watching the replies to this entry to see if anyone else knows.

I'm glad you're doing this. I just read a Kirk/Spock rec (Killa's "Turning Point" and "Full Circle") and fell hard. I loved TOS as a kid, and the love only grew as the new series came about. I watched every episode of every series up to Enterprise. Unfortunately, I lost the Enterprise love, but I'm still fangirlish for all the others.

For what it's worth: The Paris/Kim Slash Party archive (http://www.squidge.org/pksp/main.html) is over at squidge. Their mailing list is, in its most recent form, over at google groups, though I didn't rejoin on the last move, so I've no idea how active it is. I think the other pk archives and lists are mostly gone, though I'm not the person to ask. However, 'PK Elite (http://www.pkelite.com/indexb.html)' is still around.

Most the people who wrote P/K or C/P are still around, albeit in different fandoms. Amirin didn't write under that name after about 1999 -- I don't know if she switched pseuds or quit the fandom, but her site's still up and linked from PKSP archives. Merri-Todd quit fandom, and took her stories down. I know what her current lj name is but as she really doesn't seem to want to be reminded of fandom, I won't link. Ny Martin left after RL issues and took pretty much everything with her. She deliberately removed her name from the web for fanfic (as far as possible, which obviously is never going to be completely successful), so it might be a good idea not to make ripples on that one.
