I grew up in a military family. We lived in Taiwan when I was an older baby / toddler, and had a Chinese nanny. I spoke Chinese before I spoke English. Sadly, when we moved back to the states I had no one to practice it with and I don't remember any of it now.

Wow. Chinese. I look at that language and feel my IQ dropping. The difficulty....*shivers*

Huh. I'm not sure. Most of the heroines at this point just annoy me and I'm bad at remembering titles of the obscure ones I used to read.
