seperis | um, prompts?

Saw this in

miss_porcupine's lj and thought huh.

Give me one of my own stories, and a timestamp sometime in the future after the end of the story, or sometime in the past before the story started, and I'll write you at least a hundred words of what happened then, whether it's five minutes before the story started or ten years in the future.

This is the only time I'm going ot restrict--Teacher's Pet, Strangerverse, and Crimes Against Humanity are in progress and with a lot written I haven't posted yet, so I really can't do much with any requests there without seriously confusing myself. Also,

amireal called dibs on The Forest People since she wanted to do something with that. No, I have no idea what. Yes, I'm kind of scared to ask. Other than that, go crazy. My fic is here.

Out of the former prompts, the one for

ltlj et al is complete and teh one for

samdonne is in progress, though from what it looks like now, I won't make the thirty days deadline, and one other I'm staring at kind of blankly, because I think I have something, but not sure. So really, I'm all progressing!

And at random, Child still sick and claiming dizzines. Waffles the Rabbit is ignoring me, and the bearded dragon Junior is making me nervous by watching. Again. How did this become my life?

How about Entanglement theory? Three months later.

*thoughtful* I'll make you a deal. I'll post the Mensaverse outtake of John/Lorne sparring sex. I think I can do that one? But I have more of Entanglement written and I keep thinking I might finish that one.

Mensaverse now, Entanglement Theory later? Because you really do have to finish that one - it's one of your very best stories, IMO, and it would be a shame to leave it unfinished.

Cool. :-) That's one story I really want to see finished, more than any other. And it definitely shouldn't be hurried. Seriously, I'm still stunned by it.

I'd really love to see Clark and Lex's first time from A Handful of Dust.

Okay, I'm not sure I can do that, it's been so long since I wrote it, but I'll give it a try. Okay, I hate to ask, but do you have any secondary requests I could use as backup?

Ooh, I second Midwinter! I've always wanted to see what happened after the story.

My life is so good now- just because of this post. My camera may be missing and my key, but if I can get Autumn people, the next week/day (basically the next time they see each other/interact/deliberately don't interact) or one year ahead.

Just about anything you would want to do in the Strangerverse, or:
The first time Alternate!John and Alternate!Rodney see and/or go through a gate
or
the first time Local!John asks Alternate!Rodney for cooking lessons.

You have so many great stories it's really hard to pic just one. So I guess I'll give you several and hopefully one of them will be a go for you. I'd love to see:

1) what happened after you ended 'Sleep while I drive', maybe a couple days or weeks later. You could go farther out to 6-7 months I'm not real picky.

2) 3-4 months after you ended 'Somewhere I Have Never Travelled' the last little snippet you did or maybe after svmadelyn's neat little snippet.

3) 3-4 months maybe a year after 'Something More'

4) 1 week later in 'How Much For the Little Girl?' or 'Like Running Through Water'

Of course I want to see more Rain Gods and Pretty When Your Mine -- along with the other aforementioned WIPs. But not in a 30-day deadline... heck, 30 weeks would be fine! :-)

I guess I'm a glutton for angsty punishment this week, but I'd love a glimpse into the past of "The Touch of Your Hand," specifically the morning after they bargained John's body for the ZPM and Rodney realizes the full extent of the damage.

I would commit unspeakable acts to see anything in any of your Smallville stories picked up at any point in the future you so desire. I'm dying for a fix of Jenn's SV stuff.

I thought I would ask, since you linked to your SGA stories, if you are even entertaining the idea of SV prompts...before I go traipsing through them. :)
