From:On another note, I knew that women's and men's lubar-sacral joints are different and that men should they get pregnant would have to give birth via c-section or something like it (or magic) because of the shape of their hip-bones, but I didn't know that there were additional significant differences in the reinforcement of the spine. You learn something every day. Thanks

From:Which basically means that -apart from everything else- you don't tip forward from carrying 7lbs or more of baby in front of you all the time.
(And the thing is hand-wave-magic pregnancy with the lack of womb? I'm fine even though that's a much bigger thing than the back, and yet it's the back that does it in for me.)
