blah-blah

I think a cry of help could be expressed in the fact I am contemplating finishing reading some stories I marked as 'bad for my digestion' a while back. I'm vaguely aware one should not take personally a story that damages your favorite character, but there's always the impulse to want to, I don't know, destroy small cities when it happens, then take away their keyboard and make them watch Favorite Character Highlights reel. Large cities are reserved for special occasions.

Yes, in other words, I again have nothing to do at work. *sighs*

Oh dear.

I know what you mean though - personally, I'm wanting to read some silly, fluffy John and Rodney with child domestic nonsense thing that I haven't read before, only the catch is...I just want to read it, I don't want to write it. And since war, death, the apocalypse, insanity, and general mayhem/angst seem to be the order of the day just now, I'm probably going be forced to go read things on Wraithbait that make me want to stick sporks in my eyes.

Yes. yes yes yes. this is the day I need--I *need*--John and Rodney with kids and curtains and like, fighting the Wraith between feedings and perhaps discoering Ancient baby toys after runnign the Genii out of Atlantis.

I don't think that is much to ask, do you?

Then post-near-death smut and *cookies*. And milk.

*sulks*

How about A Beautiful Lifetime Event (http://www.intimations.org/fanfic/stargate/lifetime_event.html) ? - which, if you haven't read anyway, you really should.

And yes.

I, too, have ventured today into the Shadow of the Sporks. It is a terrible, terrible place.

This (http://community.livejournal.com/ficformona/7235.html) should make you relatively happy.

No kids, but ... John in the sun. Barefoot.

I am in desperate need of an unequivocal happy ending today, which for me means alive, together and apparently sane. For some reason, even though tons of it gets posted each day, today I am feeling about a quart shy. So if you happen to stumble on any only-slightly-flawed gems, let me know. I could probably use it.

You will be the first person I email. Or possibly yell out the door as well. cause dear GOD could I use some.

Please feel free to do the same. And by that, I mean, *please*.

You've got it. Togetherness, happiness, stupidity in clothing choices: if I find it, it's yours.

psssst. jenn, come play with me (http://liviapenn.livejournal.com/397599.html).

Alternately, on Wraithbait, you should look up "Woobies of Woe." I know, it doesn't sound cheery, but it is ADORABLE KIDFIC.

I currently think that work is so boring I would happily read about grass growing. Or just any of the SGA characters sitting there doing nothing. Oh hell, copy and paste their names a few hundred times and it would entertain me.

Large cities are for destruction of more than one character at a time, on a grand scale. With bad grammar.
