I think a cry of help could be expressed in the fact I am contemplating finishing reading some stories I marked as 'bad for my digestion' a while back. I'm vaguely aware one should not take personally a story that damages your favorite character, but there's always the impulse to want to, I don't know, destroy small cities when it happens, then take away their keyboard and make them watch Favorite Character Highlights reel. Large cities are reserved for special occasions.
Yes, in other words, I again have nothing to do at work. *sighs*

From:I know what you mean though - personally, I'm wanting to read some silly, fluffy John and Rodney with child domestic nonsense thing that I haven't read before, only the catch is...I just want to read it, I don't want to write it. And since war, death, the apocalypse, insanity, and general mayhem/angst seem to be the order of the day just now, I'm probably going be forced to go read things on Wraithbait that make me want to stick sporks in my eyes.

From:I don't think that is much to ask, do you?

From:I, too, have ventured today into the Shadow of the Sporks. It is a terrible, terrible place.

From:psssst. jenn, come play with me (http://liviapenn.livejournal.com/397599.html).
Alternately, on Wraithbait, you should look up "Woobies of Woe." I know, it doesn't sound cheery, but it is ADORABLE KIDFIC.

From:Large cities are for destruction of more than one character at a time, on a grand scale. With bad grammar.
