...we are one week from release of two builds and all our environments--all our environments--are down.

One. Week.

Oh, and got our assignments for the next two. Which I don't care about, because I have a three day weekend and this weekend there will be nothing worky whatsoever.

And it's been two weeks since I last posted. You know, going to the beach in November no longer seems so much self-indulgent as a way to salvage my communication skills with people who are not developers. I wonder what that's like. *wistful*

I'm not sure it's an improvement as far as you're mental health goes, but for the rest of us, I think this is perhaps better than another note saying you've faffed off to the hospital because you've decided respiration is overrated again....

*chokes* I did get an email and an IM this week asking; I hadn't even realized it had been that long. I am kind of looking forward to this week, if for no other reason than this build finally goes out. The next one is relatively light; the one after that is going to start just before I go to the beach in November, so I'm not able to dread it as much as I should since it corresponds with a weekend making sand castles.

We just lost another tester, too, which didn't help for anyone's workload; I keep having to stop and remind myself that with teh build next weekend and the environments all down this weekend, I literally have no worries until Tuesday. It's so--weird.

*sends hugs* I owe you feedback on X things; I'm treating myself tonight with re-reading it.
