I used to be interested in the history of (larger) fandom, and I used to find it mildly amusing -- not to mention ironic -- how backward and out of touch SFF could be, but today all I have is rage and more rage. We don't need them.

vito_excalibur's post, because she mentioned one of my favorite series ever with "Diane Duane could write about happy feminist polyamorous dragon MPREG back in 1993", which had Diane Duane herself in the comments saying that the fourth book isn't dead-dead, and my heart sings.

(Seriously. We could set up Merlin's slash dragon with Segnbora's tribe and have a happy dragon poly romp going on.)
