Dead Letter Variations Challenge

The first Dead Letter Challenge originated with Kate Bolin AKA

katemonkey circa early 2000s. I am reviving it because seriously, how cool are dead letters?

Here are your rules. Don't worry, they're easy. In fact, they're identical to the original.

Rules

take a character.

kill him/her.

let him/her write one last letter. it can be to the world. it can be to a particular person. it can be to no one.

s/he's died, and this is all that remains.

Rules II

1. Any fandom, any length, slash, het, gen, other, RPF and FPF welcome.
2. There are no limits on how many people can do the same character or same fandom.
3. You can do as many letters as you want.
4. Please link to the story in comments here so I can create a link directory. And you know, read it. Since I seriously seriously love these stories.

The challenge extends from June 2, 2008 through August 31, 2008 at midnight CST.
