My Oh John Ringo No shirt of awesome. I totally put on lipstick for this. As without it, there was the faintest whiff of, say, zombie going on. Winter has not been kind to my coloring, let me tell you.

Ringo's a pretty class act, for all that he kind of cringes every time he writes another Ghost book. he's a great story teller, and if you're ever at a con where he's a guest, i'd recommend one of his panels. you may not like his politics - a lot of people don't - but you'll still enjoy the panel, if only because of his sense of humor.

Agreed. I saw him on a panel at Dragon*Con last year -- probably within a month or two of having run across two or three of the Ghost books at the library and checked them out not realizing what I was getting into -- and I was pleasantly relieved at how much of an asshole he wasn't.
