I had promised myself that no more DVD TV sets until after Christmas, what with the orgy of Battlestar Galactica and Buffy and I really did resist Supernatural so well that I thought I was fine.

...yeah, and that happened so SGA season three is on the way.

So ashamed. In that way that I am staring bitterly at the main page muttering ship, ship, ship, damn you.

Uh. So how is everyone else's Tuesday going?

NO MORE DVD sets until Christmas. Me too. Except I have just got The Dresden Files and SGA Season 3 and have ordered Doctor Who and THAT'S IT, you know? NO MORE DVD sets until Christmas.

Unless, apparently, I really WANT them.

Oh, man, do I feel your pain. I am patiently awaiting my latest breakdown in will -- the first season of Eureka -- as I look on my shelf at Supernatural S2, Smallville S6, Dexter S1, & Nip/Tuck S4. Yes, and Superman Doomsday just arrived. It's a sickness, I say. Must.Stop.Now.

Thank goodness for Netflix or I would be in even worse shape... I think.

I have a list as long as my arm of DVD sets I want to buy: SGA season 3, Supernatural season 2, House, Grey's Anatomy etc etc.

DVDs are a recent need/greed for me. My old habit is books. Even with a good public library, I spend waaaay too much money on fiction. Currently reading Cast in Secret by Michelle Sagara.
