oh my god the boredom

So far I have sent two sad email to [livejournal.com profile] svmadelyn in various stages of bored, bored, bored, so bored, I will die I am so bored. I have reached a new low. I am slowly but steadily working on my spam blacklist of viagra and cialis ads. Configuing my spam filter? Is truly a last resort.

Anyone else have anything interesting? Fic? Sudden, inexplicable need to share? Go for it. I am in that place.

Also a weird, soft-focus romantic place. Acutally, taht's freaking me out. I keep dragging out those Epic QaF Romances of A Million Words and stop myself from starting to cry when Justin runs away from Brian to live in like, Vermont. Or Italy.

It's *creepy*. But tehre I am, paper towel in hand, thinking, God, their love is so pure.

Man, QaF had the BEST badfic. Where are the AUs where John's retarded and working at McDonalds and Rodney loves him anyway? Where are the fics where John's an anorexic cutter? Where are the fics where Elizabeth rapes John? The best our fandom can come up with the one where Rodney trades his ass for groceries, and the one where Rodney has a brain tumour and John has battered wife syndrome.

It's sad, in retrospect--in a fandom where the trauma level is *so much higher* with all the gadgets? Nothing.

And elizabeth should *totally* rape John and Rodney save him. With healing sex after. God. Now I want that story.
