Actually, I did mean to crosspost, then got distracted with italics that didn't close. I do not pretend I'm actually that great with details sometimes.

At some point I will manage to leave well thought out and witty feedback for this fic...this is not that comment. This is the 'I adore everything about this story' comment. I loved the voices and the relationship that built between Kirk and Spock. This made me laugh out loud in places and twisted the emotional knife in others.

Loved it.

Very intense. Wow, when they were having sex and mind-melding I could really feel how intense that would be. And I loved the slow reveal about what was wrong with Kirk, and then the realisation that Spock was jealous! Loved it.

you know, i've been reading sort of voraciously in this fandom, and a lot of the stuff out there is intensely good. but, this is my favourite so far. i don't really know how to add on to that, as i'm still kinda ~fragile~ from just having come down off of reading this, so can i just say that i really, really, really, really, really loved it?

So, yes, I totally love this story. I am not finished yet, because I have the podfic and it's for running but it's just amazing. I never knew that Star Trek fan fic could be that great.
