I am so happy to see that you wrote a SV snippet! I thought you had totally stopped writing SV, but now I have hope that you might write more for some of your old stories. I just finished the Somewhere verse, which is brilliantly written, but I am still half incoherent from seeing everything unravel. I don't think there is more past the one scene during the presidency, is there? *looks hopeful and scared, but mostly hopeful* I half hope Clark decides to get his powers back at some point in the story, although perhaps that would be very bad if done when he is in such a dark place. Still, it would help him reclaim more of a sense of self which seems to be flagging.

I don't comment often, but I am in awe of your ability to bring the characters sharply to life and make there development, no matter how far it strays from cannon, seem naturally and nearly inevitable. They always remain vividly themselves.
