...okay, this is very, very disturbing. I don't have many enemies, but with my future career gaols, it could be very damaging. I didn't even know I had a Fan History page. If she had asked, I'd be a lot more okay, but just finding out... I think I need a shower now. And thank god they haven't found any of my LJ posts or fics. But I don't think I can ever post to FF.N again.

Just.....ugh. *shudders*

Even more exciting is fanthropology keeping up a post where a fan is outed publicly.

....I have no words.

A point that outs a fan who has explicity asked people not to.

If, as she insists, everyone in fandom knows the link, then everyone in fandom should also know she has asked people to please not make that link publicly.

On top of everything else it's completely creepy how there's apparently a bot creating junk wiki pages. Who lets bots make wikis? They are supposed to be made by communities of people.

I mean, I ignored that crap heap of a wiki from the beginning because when I first encountered partly_bouncy on mailing lists many years ago where she did "fan history" posts, it was like talking to a wall when you wanted to correct her "history", so much so that it was completely ridiculous and I just killfiled her to not see the mailing lists posts that just aggravated me and mentally filed her pseuds under "avoid in the future", but unfortunately she seems to have gotten so much worse since then.

What, you didn't find her lunatic talk all over fca-l to be highly entertaining and "informative"?
