lj and deleted comments

Okay, with Lj's new and improved update, question to those that still use or crosspost; how long has it been that when you deleted a message in your inbox, that bolded line saying that i'ts been deleted no longer appears? I went to delete some spam and the deleted message message that replaced the actual message is now gone.

I know this was still leaving that placeholder a month ago since I do a monthly cleaning of anonymous spam. Does this happen if anyone deletes their comments from your LJ or just anonymous or just--something else....?

if it has disappeared it was very, very recently; I deleted a spam comment maybe a week or less ago and it definitely showed the 'Deleted comment in X journal'.

Looking at the support board looks like no one's complained said anything about it. Maybe you deleted the inbox message?

I just stumbled across your journal while browsing my network. You mentioned the LJ update, so I thought I'd mention that there's a lot of privacy issues/a big bug that's being reported on LJ due to this update. Namely, certain users have complete access to another user's account.
