roku is awesome

So I got my mom a Roku player. I can say it is a.) ridic easy to use and b.) really convenient as if you lose the remote control, all the phones can be remotes! Well, all android, iphones, and windows phones. Which is like, half the fun of using it.

Also found: channel for Korean soap operas and German television. I don't think Child has ever been so excited in his life.

I frickin' love my Roku. I cancelled cable about a year and a half ago and bought a Roku and a Mohu Leaf digital antenna. I was like, "YEAH! SUCK it, Time-Warner! Mahahaha!" and spiked my last cable bill into the mailbox with way, waaay too much fervor.

DUDE. I love this increasing multifunctionality. I just checked in to my flight tomorrow and I can use my cell phone as a boarding pass! I just have to scan the bar code they send me.

I too love my roku. We also bought a lifetime subscription to playon after testing it for free 30 days. You can watch hulu without hulu-plus and the tv-links plugin (free) gives you access to even more free tv/movies, and last, playon allows me to stream downloaded content from my computer.
