If you dont' mind my asking, what kind of nightmare? Mine are--I have a--I guess fear reaction after I wake up (not in dream), but it's not like, horror movie and I don't have it while in the dream, only in retrospect. Or like the ship one I described, which is in itself really it's own entire category.
