I approve of this masterful twisting of public perception in John's/Sherlock's favor! I imagine a sort of random, one-off post of John's that gets several surprisingly sympathetic responses. And at first John's nonplussed, but then when he thinks about it, he says, you know what? Fuck them, I'm going to WORK it.
