Heh. I just saw your update, and YCD wrote J/C - that's pretty much a given with everyone I know. And the J/CVille Library wasn't opened until 2003, so I don't think that counts as one of the lists from way back when.

Let me see... J/C writers on LJ, there's also maquisleader, ralkana, and lauralaitaine who used to be "Peace Rose" and is in SGA now... That's just the people I remember seeing somewhere at some point - a deliberate search would probably yield many more results. And actually, a lot of people are still on J/C Fic Haven, so if anyone's looking for someone from that side of the fandom a message to the list would probably help too.
