I came out of Buffy the Vampire Slayer fandom, where thrall wasn't really a thing (hence my taking a sec to figure it all out), but blood play was a totally normal warning. LOL

I read this again yesterday, btw, and it's still completely awesome. I'm probably seriously fucked up for thinking so, but there's some kind of peace and joy to Kris' surrender at the end, Adam's relief at having him back and promising that he'll do it right this time. GAH.
