Hi, I'm a lurker and, um, I don't know if this makes it any easier to identify where the vid came from, but it sounds like Ai no Kusabi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ai_no_Kusabi)-- with the hair and the legs geeting cut off and...yeah.
