While it isn't really my kink, I'm not squicked by infantilism or age play as such, unless it's combined with played incest with mock baby rape or something. After a decade in fandom a character merely getting off on wearing a diaper and being taken care of is fairly low on my lists of squicky and disturbing scenarios.
