I've had (very careful) tantrums about rushing through emergency fixes that only do a partial fix with workaround, or we weren't given time to explore more scenarios, or the fix explanation wasn't comprehensive (or comprehensible) enough.
I hate those emergency fixes. They are the bane of my working life. They seem like a good idea for a day or a week, and then they accumulate and become a massive nuisance that desperately needs to be cleaned up, while no one has the time to do it, and the knowledge about how and why they were implemented is getting lost...
