If you're an Amazon Prime member, you can watch the first 20 eps of the first season for free (of She-Ra and iirc, He-Man) using their Instant Video service.

Qubo Night Owl is available via broadcast antenna (I don't have cable).(http://www.qubo.com/index.php?path=schedule&owl=1) It has been replaying He-Man and also She-Ra at night starting at midnight. Oh how I loved those shows as a kid and now I'm loving them as an adult.
