Okay, now today feels like a Monday.

Also, I am suddenly--and let me say ridiculously--jonesing for babyfic. This could be the fact that having two family members below the age of six months is affecting hormonal surges, but I want babyfic. And no, not like, normal domestic babyfic, no. I want angsty babyfic that involves kidnapping and crossing international and/or intergalactic borders and I don't know, some kind of explosion somewhere in there. Maybe with a war. I have no idea. And I want it to be very long. And you know, while I'm at it, I want Godiva on my desk right now.

Oh, this can't end well. It just can't.

I really wish I had better news than watching some kind of strange, fannish nervous breakdown in progress. So. Weird.

I swear I read that one. Sadly, that was before I was good with the bookmarking. But Yes. It was good.

I was going to make RayK stay in Canada with Fraser. Ray is terrible about correspondence, so everyone gets their gossip from Fraser, who sends pictures of the wedding (Ray and lots of Mounties in red) and the announcement about a little baby Ben Kowalski, and then Maggie dies and RayV and Stella come up for the funeral because Fraser is so distraught, but RayK is all destroyed and RayV gives him hell for being bad to Fraser who has just lost his sister and RayK is all I JUST LOST MY WIFE, BITCH! And everyone is all, buh? So RayK is like, who did you think had this miracle baby crying over here? To which everyone is like ... uh, surrogate? We thought you married Fraser! But less silly and more angsty than it sounds.

That is essentially why I never wrote it. It made me sad just thinking about Fraser being in love with Ray and helping raise his kids as their uncle and Ray just completely oblivious until Maggie up and dies and everyone comes from Chicago and invalidates his grief. It was going to have a happy ending though, I swear.

I'm sorry? I really, truly was going to write a sequel with a happy ending. I swear to god. And Rodney was going to get spectacularly dumped in public? And then heroically sacrifice himself, but only a little because John saves him and they live happily ever after and make their own zpms?

Yes, that was going to be in there, too. And also a plot with Ronon thinking John was stealing Teyla away from him while at a quaint local pub and then trying to fuck Rodney as payback, but instead John puts the kibosh on that and tells Ronon he can either sit at the end of the bed on his knees and watch, or he can take his drunk ass back out to the pub and hope Teyla forgives him.
