They aren't any harder than any other trope out there; it's just so few people *try*.

Okay that is a fair point, though it doesn't take away from the fact that what I HAVE found all have issues with them that would annoy me in ANY genre. We read these fics because other people aren't trying. We read them because they are there and we CRAVE this too.

Though I keep in mind we disagree on both of the fics above, so yeah.
