Based on my answers (the short version is, only two of those lines don't apply to me, and it's more happenstance than lack of privilege), I think it's looking for relative extremes. The people--yeah, like me--who have to bold pretty much the whole meme? If you're not already aware of your own privilege, that's a pretty, erm, "bold" statement. It forces you to think, "Wait, not everyone has original art? Or new clothing? Seriously?"
I think it's less about learning things about others (like most memes) and more about spreading the reality of privilege to the many unexamined privileged types all over teh interwebz--the people who've never even thought that there might be kids whose parents didn't read to them, or whose parents can't read.
