If she wanted the sex to be an issue she could have done away with the magic baby machine.

John having sex with Teyla didn't bother me, but the combination of baby machine + having sex with Teyla threw me for a loop because my first thought was "So there will be two children? Does this mean we get a war of succession or what?"
