Really? John/Teyla? I don't know if it is just what I watch* but I had no idea there even was a part of fandom that had John/Teyla as an OTP and followed it. I seen a fic here and there but it seems odd. However Sheppard/Beckett, from viewing SGA Newsletter, pops up often in small numbers.

*With very limited time and a strong bias towards slash. In SGA I can't recall the last het fic I read.
