How often has anybody who lives where such laws existactually been sued for something like this?

Someone a few years ago on the MS Gulf Coast somewhere, got arrested and his horses taken away when they found he was... yeah.

So maybe that's a common thing?

And speaking of wikipedia, don't dolphins find people attractive? Does that count if the dolphin starts it? *ponders*
